Refund/Store Policy

Effective Date: 3/5/2026

1. Digital Products (PDFs, Guides, Checklists) - All Sales Final

Due to the immediate, downloadable nature of digital products:

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Once a PDF or digital guide is purchased:

  • No cancellations

  • No refunds

  • No exchanges

If you have trouble accessing your file, email us and we’ll make sure you receive your download.

2. Sleep Consulting Services - Refund Eligibility

Sleep consulting services (including assessments, plans, coaching packages, and support weeks) are non-refundable once services have begun.

You may request a refund only if:

  • You purchased a package

  • AND we have not yet completed your assessment,

  • AND no coaching or support has been delivered

Once any part of the service has been delivered (including assessments, reviews, emails, calls, or plan creation) the package becomes non-refundable. If you purchase my 2 Week Sleep Plan and fully implement the recommendations but need a bit more time to see progress, I may extend support beyond the initial 2 weeks at no additional cost. 

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations (Discovery Calls & Paid Calls)

Free Discovery Calls

  • Can be rescheduled at any time

  • No-show appointments may not be rescheduled

Paid Calls or Consultations

  • Must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance

  • No-show or late cancellations are non-refundable

4. Package Expiration

All sleep coaching packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
After this time, unused services expire and are non-refundable.

5. No Guarantees

While many families see improvements, sleep outcomes vary based on each child’s development, environment, and consistency at home.
We do not offer refunds based on sleep results or outcomes. If you purchase my 2 Week Sleep Plan and fully implement the recommendations but need a bit more time to see progress, I may extend support beyond the initial 2 weeks at no additional cost. 

6. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same digital product twice, contact us within 48 hours and we will refund the duplicate order.

7. Payment Issues

If your payment was processed in error or you experienced a technical issue during checkout, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve it.
